Worry just gets to us doesn't it? It's the cold blooded feeling of overwhelm. It is the gnawing stomach churn we have
when we don't know what will happen or what to do. And, for sure, it will rob you of your energy every day.
This may seem impossible, but you can control your worry with no drugs and no hypnosis. If you are worried now
this very moment, or if you have worries about what you are facing tomorrow or you are trying to figure out how to
manage a huge problem, the truth is that your worry is something that you can manage.
Worry wastes time, money and energy, I know we can all agree on that. But what we often forget or don't realize is
that worry takes from us constantly.
Yet, being worry free doesn't mean not having problems. We all have problems , that is just part of life.
But worry is something that costs us in time, energy and emotional health. Worry can literally destroy our health,
the relationship we have with our families and our day to day happiness.
The good news is that you don't have to suffer.
There are countless tools, relaxation products, relax tips, hypnosis programs, pills and foot baths available on the
internet to help people manage their worry.
Yet, when I was worried, what I learned was that no one had any simple, easy, proven steps I could use. And if I read
something I would often forget it. I was determined to figure this out and rid myself of the angst of worry.
Sometimes I just wanted to relax and get my mind off of my worries. But I didn't know how to do it .
And then one day I remembered that when I was at the beach, I always felt better. The sound of the ocean
waves always calmed me down. Just listening to ocean waves made me feel at peace.
Eureka! That was it!! The sound of ocean waves was something I could share with everyone. This would help not
only me but countless others manage their worry.
But there was a problem. Since I couldn't always listen to a CD to feel better, I was often at work or meeting with
people, I knew that I had to find some simple steps that would help me. And I started searching. When I came up
with my 7 tips I tested themout on people. I asked everyone I knew if the tips I wrote about worked for them.
They all said a resounding YES.
There was one more thing I wanted to do. Since people read in 'pictures' I added pictures to my tips. I am no
Rembrandt, but I know that these small pictures help remind me of what I can do to help myself. The eye picks up
on the image and reminds the 'brain' of what to feel and what to do. These 'Perspective Pics' will remind you that
there are simple things you can do to get rid of worry.
All together, this 'Worry Solution Kit' offers the W.O.W. Wipe Out Worry Ebook, the Ocean CD (60 pure minutes
of ocean waves) and the Perspective Pics (pictures designed to communicate the tips so that they are easy, immediate
and helpful.) I am dedicated to helping people feel better and giving them tools that I have learned the hard way. |
